JOB TITLE: Commercial Property / Real Estate Solicitor

SALARY: Circa £55,000 plus dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
On offer is a high-quality caseload along with the flexibility to work from home! The real estate team are cover the broad remit of real estate law including investment acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, development matters and also secured lending matters. The client base is varied and includes some well-known names within the industry. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be exposed to an interesting and challenging caseload which offers plenty of scope for progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
With a client focused approach and strong technical expertise within real estate, the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will have gained relevant experience within an established and renowned commercial property team. Ideal Commercial property / Real Estate Solicitors will have at least 2 years PQE in conducting their own caseload of real estate matters including landlord and tenant, development and other general commercial property matters.
