Job Description
Salary: £44000 - £50000 per annum
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join their specialist Corporate team in Southampton.
Within this role, you will manage your own caseload of Corporate matters with little supervision, as well as providing support to the Partners when required. Exceptional client service is essential, with a positive corporate approach to achieve your client's goals on time. Our client's Corporate team deals with a range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring, joint venture, and shareholder agreements.
To be considered for this role, you will have 2-4 years' PQE with experience of managing your own caseload and handling Corporate matters. Resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, as well as being confident and motivated to exceed expectations. Working well as part of a team is also a key characteristic as you will be a part of a wider, multi-disciplinary team.
