Job Description
Salary: £300 - £370 per day
We are working with a global consultancy based in London who are continuing to recruit General Commercial lawyers that have qualified, or that are due to qualify, in 2021. Whilst NQ level candidates will be considered, those with up to circa 2 years' PQE are also encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will be seconded In House for contracts of 6 months and will work on leading contract negotiations and contract drafting. A broad commercial contracts and general commercial background will be of particular interest.
Specific sector knowledge in, for example, marketing, digital, consumer brands, retail and/or financial services would be of particular interest too.
Candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately and be able to demonstrate the following:
* Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia or New Zealand, for example)
* NQ level to 2+ PQE
* Experience gained within a top tier Law Firm, International or Leading Regional Law Firm - any relevant In House secondments would also be of interest
* A strong technical knowledge of a wide variety of commercial contracts
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Strong drafting skills
