Structured Derivatives Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a global institution requiring a senior lawyer with solid multi-assets or structured derivatives experience. The geographical coverage of this role is regional, and you will work with an experienced team of lawyers and stakeholders on derivatives transactions.

Successful candidates will possess:

* A minimum of 8PQE in derivatives, structured derivatives or multi-assets, gained with the banking, or capital markets team of a leading law firm or in-house with a financial institution.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively manage key stakeholders and build internal relationships.
* Strong ability to work autonomously and within multi-functional teams.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
