The firm's lawyers represent clients (both as claimants and defendants), in leading and high profile cases in the English Courts and other jurisdictions globally. As well as litigating cases to judgment, they are also expert at resolving claims through alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration. The firm also has a strong track record of representing clients in the defence of investigations by national authorities as well as the European Commission in respect of Competition cases (including sector inquiries), as well as managing internal investigations into competition law and bribery/corruption issues.
The wider firm really is market-leading. They act some of the largest and highest profile Commercial Court and Chancery Division cases, the so-called 'mega-trials'. Their international arbitration practice is renowned all over the globe, and arbitrates disputes under the rules of all the major arbitration bodies such as LCIA, ICC, AAA, ICSID, UNCITRAL, as well as the arbitration centres in Stockholm, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vienna and more.

The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2-6 years' PQE. You might specialize in Competition disputes, and if so a post-graduate qualification in Competition/Antitrust law or a related area from a highly ranked university would be well regarded.
For this specific requirement, outside of the usual recruitment cycle, you will have an exceptional academic record from a top flight university and almost certainly have trained in a Magic Circle or "White Shoe" premier US firm.
