Salary: £75000 - £85000 per annum + Pro Rata
Our client is a leading brands and marketing business. They are looking to hire an experienced Employment Lawyer on a contract basis for a period of 6-12 months to plug a gap and assist with workflow. There is potential for the role to go from contract to permanent. Whilst there is a preference for candidates to work on a full-time basis, candidates seeking a part time arrangement (i.e. 3-4 days a week) are also encouraged to apply.
The business is international and has a regional HQ in London. Whilst the regional HQ is in London, they are willing to offer 100% remote working for the right applicant within England, Wales and/or Scotland.
The successful candidate will be the go-to Counsel for all employment and HR matters - including a broad scope of both contentious and non-contentious/advisory matters. It is also likely that their expertise will be drawn on for some general commercial legal matters as well.
Successful candidates will be qualified in England & Wales and have at least 6 years' PQE in handling a full range of employment law matters. It is likely that the successful candidate will have gained their experience within a notable private practice and/or in-house setting. Applicants with some in-house experience will be preferred.
