DATA PRIVACY COUNSEL (4PQE+)

Our client is a cutting-edge tech-driven business with data as a core focus.
We are looking for a Data Privacy Counsel to work closely with the Chief Compliance and Data Privacy Officer for the global business. You will work on matters across Europe, Singapore and Latin America and we are looking for experience in Impact Assessments, Data Protection Addenda and Standard Contractual Clauses, Subject Access Requests and Breach investigations.
A CIPP/E qualification would be helpful but is not required and you must be legally qualified in England & Wales or in a EU country subject to the GDPR.
