Salary: £90000 - £110000 per annum
Our client, a New York headquartered firm, is looking to add to its Corporate team with the hire of a 0-2 PQE solicitor.
Lawyers in the Corporate practice of the London office act for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies and governments on a broad range of issues.
The practice includes M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures, IPOs, private equity, venture capital, fund formation, investment management and corporate governance.
