We are currently working with a global law firm who are looking for an Immigration Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will be supporting Business, Corporate and Private Wealth Immigration matters.
The team advises on a range of matters including:
- Employer application and management,
- UK ancestry applications,
- Immigration issues on corporate transactions and insolvency,
- Indefinite leave to remain,
- EEA-related applications and advising on EU issues.
The successful candidate will have previous Advisory experience minimum of 2 years’ working on business immigration matters in a similar setting. It is highly desirable if you have gained experience liaising with the Home Office regarding policies or cases.
