SENIOR CORPORATE LEGAL COUNSEL

We are working on an exciting corporate in-house role at the very centre of the Group Legal function of a renowned plc. Unlike many other industry sectors, the focus of this business has been COVID-proof. This recruitment is part of the ongoing strategy of investing in a first class legal team to best support the success and growth of the business.

The role will report into their amazing Group Functions Legal Director. As the Corporate subject matter expert within the team you will have access to a fantastic range of strategic work at PLC level. We are looking for someone who has spent a minimum of three years in the Corporate Team of a City law firm or equivalent. You may have subsequently moved in-house to another company or an FS institution in a corporate role and are now looking for a step up.

We are looking for experience in general corporate and corporate finance matters, as well as some previous experience of working on tax driven matters, eg re-structurings. While this role is very hands-on, you will also have access to an excellent panel of external counsel.
