Due to growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal – Company Secretarial to join and support the busy team in Suffolk. As the chosen Paralegal – Company Secretarial you will be undertaking a range of duties including providing support to a wide range of UK client companies of a variety of sizes, you will be assisting fee earners on matters relating to company secretarial support, supporting corporate clients with all aspects of maintaining records and meeting their Companies House filing requirements, performing searches with Companies House.
Applications are welcomed from experienced Paralegal with Company Secretarial experience who have a strong professional approach and excellent attention to detail coupled with brilliant communications skills and the ability to work on your own matters and also provide support to the wider team as and when required.
