As a residential property solicitor, you will
- Complete sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties, among others
- Create a healthy client base from referrals and recommendations built upon excellent service and care
- Generate new opportunities using your developing marketing skills
- Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole
You will be a residential property solicitor of 5+ PQE with
- A solid track record of billing and high standards of client care
- A methodical and adaptable approach to work
- Personable and professional characteristics
