We’re hiring!... a lease extension solicitor on behalf of a progressive, continually expanding firm headquartered in Salisbury. This leading full-service firm, which offers and excels in many niche areas not found elsewhere has experienced a huge 1500% growth over the last 25 years whilst expanding from one to four offices across the region.
As a lease extension solicitor, you will
- Undertake a full caseload of lease extension work, with scope for enfranchisement and right to manage work dependent upon your experience
- Be key in further growing the firms already UK leading lease extension department
- Offer exceptional knowledge and care to your clients
- Share responsibility for the firm’s envious reputation and quality of work
You will be a lease extension solicitor of 3+ PQE with
- Extensive experience of statutory and informal lease extensions
- A desire to further grow your specialist experience and knowledge
- Excellent standards of client care and communication
