A disruptive digital marketing agency with international operations is looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to join them. This business uses a data led approach as well as a proprietary tech stack to support growth businesses (in the consumer, fashion, retail and brands space) and supercharge their performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Commercial Contracts Lawyer with experience in digital/media/consumer/marketing/IP/IT and excellent interpersonal skills to join this growing team reporting to the GC. You will support predominantly on contract matters in the UK but also provide advice to a number of the international territories. Your remit will be broad and include commercial contracts such as NDA's, influencer and collab agreements, technology agreements, partnership agreements and vendor contracts etc. We are also open to great corporate lawyers who want to pivot into a more generalist commercial contracts role. The role will offer great development opportunties for the right candidate.
