We have an exciting role for a senior distribution lawyer to join this cutting-edge media company.

You will partner with the leadership and relevant commercial teams, focusing on distribution of channels, content services and apps on various platforms, as well as third party platforms and devices.

Some of your areas of expertise will include:

o carriage of third-party content services (for example linear, VOD and app services) on the various platforms

o distribution of client services on third party platforms and devices including wholesale agreements for linear and non-linear services and device agreements

o carriage of other audio-visual content for client platforms

o support for content related product launches

You will be an accomplished commercial lawyer with experience in carriage and distribution of content and content services.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with legal and business teams across several client businesses and a collaborative approach is therefore essential. Experience of working across European markets is also desirable.
