This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience managing their own caseload of both private and publicly funded matters under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Solicitor will deal with a mix case load of matters to include children law, divorce, financial issues and cohabitation and prenuptial agreements.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate and will have gained at least 3 years’ + experience in this area of law. The successful Family Solicitor must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.
