Dental Solicitor - 3-4 PQE - Worcestershire
This brilliant firm are looking for a corporate dental solicitor to join their team, and get involved on a range of exciting and challenging work. They are a top firm which speaks to their skills and experience, and they are strong advocates for hybrid working with an understanding of a competitive, candidate-driven market.
The ideal candidate will have successful knowledge of GDS and PDS contracts, and will have experience completing sales and acquisitions. They will also be able to run their own caseload, take instructions and perhaps help out with more junior staff where required - this is a collegial and enthusiastic team that values collaboration.
This is a brilliant firm with a fantastic team of professionals who have a wealth of knowledge on sale and purchase agreements, expense sharing agreements, partnership agreements and associate agreements. They are also skilful negotiators, looking for someone with similar skills and relevant experience to join this crucial and dynamic team.
