Employment Solicitors - do you want to work inhouse?
We are instructed on this incredibly rare role, with a global tech company located in the home counties.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide strategic advice to internal Senior Executives and HR Leaders by advising on all aspects of employment law, employment related litigation and mediation issues, and matters relating to employment issues on transactional matters by way of support to and with the wider legal team e.g. TUPE.
The ideal candidate will be working inhouse currently however, if you are a senior associate or Partner looking for a change, my client would welcome your application.
This is a lead role as you would be the first standalone employment solicitor in the business, which means huge scope for personal and professional development.
