Job Description
Salary: £45000 - £55000 per annum
Our client is a successful legal tech platform, who are seeking a senior solicitor to join their operational team as a Lawyer Manager.
The platform is evolving the way that SMEs get the legal advice that they require, making it easier, more efficient and affordable. They have been highly successful in connecting senior solicitors to thousands of businesses needing legal support and advice through their bespoke AI platform and marketing strategies across a range of industry sectors including financial services, insurance and banking.
As a Lawyer Manager you will have responsibility for supporting the lawyers on the platform at all stages of their involvement, from recruitment to offboarding, including dealing with training, performance monitoring, client care, compliance and complaints. You will also work with the platform's management team, acting as a key conduit between the platform and the lawyers on general day to day matters, as well as specific projects such as software and product development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique platform at the next phase of its development.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have gained 10+ years' PQE within private practice or an in-house environment. You will need to have particular skills in communication and engagement, with a passion for working with people. Ideally you will have experience in management, with a track record of leading a team.
