Job Description
Salary: £125000 - £150000 per annum
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking to recruit a patent litigation lawyer to join their growing team in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior associate to join an established IP practice.
This role includes advising the firm's wide range of clients on patent dispute matters, including litigation and ADR. The role is broad, and the successful candidate can work in a specific sector or across multiple sectors. Whilst the position will be mainly contentious, there will be opportunities to be involved in non-contentious work.
Experience and skills:
* England & Wales or Common Law qualified
* 6-10 years PQE gained at a leading UK or international patent litigation team
* Multi-jurisdictional patent litigation experience
* Has experience in Energy & Natural Resources (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent academic background
* Stable career record
