RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - SOMERSET- LEGAL 500 FIRM
Residential Property Solicitor - 2-4 years PQE
A fantastic firm with offices across Somerset and Bristol are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy residential property team. The successful candidates will be trained in a wide range of residential property matters including leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership and will have confidence to use the various portals for electronic submissions of searches, registrations, SDLT and mortgage administration
Applications are invited from candidates at 2-4 years PQE including solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives with proven experience of working in a busy conveyancing team.
You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a new experienced Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.
