THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property NQ Solicitor to join a well-established practice within their residential property team. The role will include reporting to the Partners and managing your own caseload of residential property matters which will include shared ownership transactions, sales and purchases transactions, unregistered transactions, freehold and leasehold transactions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful NQ Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancing Lawyers who have completed at least one seat within residential property during their training contract and are keen to continue specialising within this area of law within a reputable and highly regarded practice.
