Are you an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Lawyer seeking the next step within your career? Well, this established and reputable practice is keen to expand their commercial property team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Commercial Property Lawyer. You will be handling your own caseload of matters and be well versed in all types of commercial property related matters including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, and disposals and also some property finance matters. This is an exciting chance to use your existing knowledge and build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The firm would like to speak to you if you have recently qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a flare for Commercial Property law. Applications are also welcomed from Commercial Property Lawyers with up to 4 years PQE. You will have handled your own caseload in a previous role, prior experience of client interaction is essential. As the team work very closely you will have a proven ability to take an adaptive approach to work and offer support across the department. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
£35,000 plus dependent on experience along with some hybrid working for the appointed individual as the firm are open to hearing from individuals who are looking for a mixture of office / remote working.
