Job Description
Salary: £185000 - £260000 per annum
Our client, a prestige US law firm, is seeking a Private Equity associate to join their top tier Private Equity team based in their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Private Equity lawyer to work closely with market leading partners.
This role will involve advising the firm's extensive list of clients on a range of complex high-end private equity transactions that will often cover multi-jurisdictions. The successful candidate will need to advise on matters that scope from private acquisitions, distressed acquisitions, carve-outs, and much more.
Experience and skills:
* England & Wales or common law qualified
* 3-5 years PQE gained at a recognised Private Equity practice
* Experience in a vast range of Private Equity matters
* Excellent academic background
* Stable career record
