SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - DEBT FINANCE & CORPORATE

Our client is a leading fintech and retail financial products business internationally. We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the top flight legal team and support the global business on finance and corporate work.
The successful candidate will have debt finance experience including debt re-structuring, re-financings and debt products (eg.RCFs, high yield bonds etc) plus a grounding in corporate work (including transactions on the acquisition side). You may be working in private practice or in financial services and you will be keen to take on a position of responsibility in a growing, agile and dynamic organisation. Interest in digital, e-commerce, fintech and payments will be helpful but not necessary. This role has excellent development potential and will suit a lawyer with great training and great attitude!
