THE ROLE:
The established commercial property team of this full service law firm is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to handle a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. You will be dealing with a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, commercial and residential development matters and also site acquisitions along with landlord and tenant advice.
THE CANDIDATE:
Working within an established team with a strong client base, the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be expected possess at least 12 months experience in conducting their own caseload of commercial property transactions within a busy work environment. You will have a proactive approach to both your work and business development and be looking for a supportive firm where you can see your career progress.
