JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer

SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join an established East Midlands practice and deal with a varied caseload of matters. You will be managing a significant caseload of matters and possess the ability to provide assistance on all types of corporate matters including transactional matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and be knowledgeable across all aspects of corporate law. The successful Corporate Lawyer will have a strong track record of dealing with all types of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share sale and purchase agreements, partnership agreements and management buy-outs.
