EMPLOYMENT LAWYER, c. 5 YEARS' TO SENIOR
GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY
Our client is one of the most recognised media brands in the world. They are looking for a brilliant individual to join the Fair Employment Practices team, based out of London, the US and Australia.
This is an EMEA focused role and the successful candidate will sit with and work very closely with the Employment Legal team in London but will report into New York. The remit will primarily focus on training staff on workplace policies and investigating any complaints (such as discrimination, harassment, bullying etc).
A qualified employment lawyer with investigations experience is ideal and some entertainment industry experience will be helpful but not a prerequisite. It will be as important for the candidate to be a good cultural fit: confident, personable, proactive 'self-starters' who are disciplined, can work independently and are flexible and responsive. We will also consider HR professionals with investigative experience (including sexual harassment, bullying etc).
