We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded US law firm.
They are seeking to hire a Recruitment Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in their London office (with hybrid working arrangements in place).
The Recruitment Manager will work closely with the Head of HR to assess and determine associate and trainee hiring needs for the city based office. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high calibre candidates in line with the firms’ hiring requirements.
With the help of an Assistant, the successful applicant will ensure the delivery of a first-class recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
In addition to this, you'll also manage the trainee population, overseeing the training and development of the annual intake. This will include managing their induction, conducting appraisals, managing seat rotations, and supporting their needs.
Successful applicants will offer 5 years’ of previous recruitment experience, ideally gained from within a law firm environment, the ability to prioritise workload in an at times demanding environment and the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
