MEDIA LAWYER -PRODUCTION COMPANY
AWARD WINNING CREATIVE PRODUCTION
12 MONTHS FTC - ASAP START

We are helping our client find an experienced Media Lawyer, ideally with TV production experience to join the team in August/September 2022 ideally, in a maternity cover role, reporting to the General Counsel.
Your responsibilities will include:
* negotiating development and commissioning agreements with broadcasters, talent agents and rights holders
* advising on secondary sales and exploitation
* drafting post production contracts and ancillary production agreements
* advising the Head of Production and production managers on general licensing, copyright and commercial contract queries
This is a fast-paced and exciting position for an experienced lawyer with a background in media.
Experience of content production including contracts with television broadcasters, brands, key talent, and usual production-related contracts including access agreements and distribution agreements will be helpful.
