JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ to 3 years' PQE

SALARY: up to c£65,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor who is looking to gain exposure to a variety of high quality and complex work to further their skillset. The appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to settlement. Your caseload will be varied and will see you working on a range of matters to include but not limited to, breach of commercial contracts, claims in tort, contentious procurement matters, banking disputes and construction disputes.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have upwards of 2 years’ PQE in a commercial litigation. You will have the knowledge and experience in all areas of Commercial Litigation in order to act confidently for a wide range of clients. In order to be successful in this role, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor must have good time and risk management skills whilst being confident in their ability to develop knowledge and skills whilst at all times being commercially aware.
