JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: £45,000

This leading team has a strong track record across all areas of dispute resolution, including partnership disputes, professional negligence, asset recovery and commercial and contractual disputes. The team is now looking to hire a newly qualified Solicitor. The role will involve both general commercial litigation and contentious probate. Your workload will include a mix of contractual claims, corporate and shareholder disputes and disputes relating to wills, probate and trusts. You will work under the supervision of partners and other senior lawyers in the team and the work will involve both working as part of a team on larger disputes and managing your own caseload on disputes with a lower value. You will also be involved in practice development and attending networking events.

Your training contract will have been at a good quality firm, where you will have had exposure to litigation and dispute work. Any experience dealing with probate and trusts work, either contentious or non-contentious would be of interest. You should be confident and personable and possess strong technical competence and intellectual ability.

You will join an established disputes team offering great quality work, investment into our future career and a genuine work / life balance.
