JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ to 2 years’
LOCATION: Manchester
HOURLY RATE: up to c£60,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
Working within this Top 100 firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Banking Department, the successful Corporate Solicitor will gain exposure to complex transactional work. The Corporate Department provide expert advice on all aspects of buying, selling, structuring and investing in businesses. The appointed candidate will work on their own caseload of transactions and provide support to the wider team as appropriate. A key part of this role will be the ongoing support for senior members and Partners of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who have up to 2 years’ PQE gained in corporate law and specifically, M&As. NQ Solicitors who have gained experience of M&A during their training contract will be considered. Corporate Solicitors hoping to be considered for this role must have a willingness to learn and the ability to work as part of a team.
