JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-6 years (applications outside of this bracket are welcome)
FLEXIBILITY: This is not a ‘traditional’ law firm – flexibility is considered a given.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Employment Solicitor to join a leading boutique employment law firm. This role requires the successful candidate to be innovative, responsive and agile. The client base is often global although can vary enormously in size, so being comfortable dealing with OMB’s, senior in-house counsel and c-suite is essential. The work is spread across a range of sectors including CG, travel, pharmaceutical, gaming, manufacturing and recruitment with a healthy split between non-contentious and contentious work. Sitting within a team of experienced, top-flight lawyers who really know the law, will give the successful candidate the chance to grow, develop and become an expert.
It is expected that you will have c2-6 years’ PQE however, this firm is focused on recruiting the right ‘fit’ so if you are outside of this bracket but like the sound of this role, you are encouraged to apply. You will have knowledge of contemporary employment issues and be able to deliver strategic, no-nonsense advice to international clients. As part of this fast-paced collaborative business, you will work closely with your colleagues to develop innovative ways of supporting your clients. Professional in manner, you will be able to advise on a variety of matters from employment contracts and policies; to post-termination restrictions and related claims; and defending tribunal claims. There is only a very minimal amount of corporate support work. This is a great opportunity for you to have individual responsibility and develop your employment law career.
