Projects & Infrastructure Solicitor, Birmingham, 2+ Years PQE – An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Projects & Infrastructure Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 firm. OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Projects & Infrastructure Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• The team has a broad mix of work advising government clients on all aspects of project development from procurement, through the project contract and construction and operation arrangements.
• The role will involve advising on government projects and the project development aspects of energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally
• Committed to promoting the firm’s image in and out of the workplace, a passion for business development is a necessity for this role.
• Experience of advising on project agreements, PPP/PFI, PPAs, EPC contracts and O&M Agreements.
• Experience of UK public procurements and running competitive procurements is desirable, but not essential.
