JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer (Education)
PQE: 6+

SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
This leading, national firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their national team, in their Birmingham office. You will undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work for a client base focusing on education clients mainly higher education clients. Due to continued growth, the firm are keen to appoint an experienced Employment Lawyer who can undertake advisory work and can come in and hit the ground running as well as support the development of other Employment Lawyers within the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Employment Lawyer will have at least 6 years PQE in dealing with the broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law and possess strong business development skills along with an excellent working knowledge of a variety of employment related matters related to the education sector. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable and leading practice who are highly recognised for their employment offerings on behalf of educations clients. You will have an excellent track record of dealing universities and other education bodies or charities.
