JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2 – 5+ years
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own busy caseload, advising on matters including property portfolio management, transfer of existing commercial leases, grant and renewal of commercial leases, acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property, underletting/alterations to premises, applications for consent to assignment, property aspects of corporate assets and share sales and acquisitions, secured lending transactions in respect of site development, and site assembly/sale of completed units.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 – 5 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment to the firm and its clients. You must show enthusiasm for and have proven record of business development, be a team player and be able to work with others at all levels of the firm. A hands-on approach is essential together with being able to adhere to and manage deadlines under pressure.
