SALARY: £50 - 70,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This leading firm has a vacancy for a Contested Probate Lawyer to join their specialist Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes team in Essex. You will join a niche and highly regarded team that provides specialist advice and guides their clients through wills, trust and inheritance disputes as well as disputes arising in the Court of Protection. The team’s work often also involves advising on the beneficial interest in property. The role will involve marketing and business development.
