JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer – In-House (12 months FTC)
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Lincolnshire / Remote Working
HOURLY RATE: Dependant on Experience
THE ROLE:
The appointed Commercial Lawyer will support this growing organisation for a period of 12 months on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of commercial work, namely drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts such as supply of goods and services agreements, data sharing agreements and NDAs. This company are based in Lincolnshire however home-based working with occasional travel to their office will be considered.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who have at least 2 years’ PQE and experience of drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts. The successful Commercial Lawyer will ideally have some in-house experience (not essential) and experience of working on public / government contracts would be advantageous. Excellent knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a highly skilled team is essential in order to be successful in this role.
