An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well rounded Corporate Commercial Lawyer to undertake the role of PSL! Ideally you will have PSL experience however the firm are keen to hear from individuals who have strong technical expertise covering corporate and commercial matters. The team has a strong reputation and are keen to appoint a Professional Support Lawyer who possesses the ability to keep up to date with new developments within corporate and commercial and pass on these new developments to the team. The role will be varied, and you will be sharing / updating colleagues on any new developments / technical updates as and when required as well as through training and webinars.
Suitable Corporate and Commercial Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE and have a sound track record of covering the broad remit of corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, data privacy, intellectual property and company start-ups. In addition to providing technical updates / developments, you will also be expected to support the team’s business development initiatives.
