JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: West Sussex
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join a well-established and busy residential team in West Sussex and is being offered either full or part time. You will have responsibility for your own caseload dealing with matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership (including staircasing) new builds (including Help to Buy) lease extensions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, leasehold enfranchisement and equity release.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3+ years’ PQE and be fully up to date with CQS/AML training. You will be well versed in IT and case management systems (Redbrick system is used here). You must demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to hit the ground running whilst delivering outstanding customer service. Business development skills would also be advantageous to nurture existing and build new working relationships with local estate agents and contacts.
