Our client is a leading fintech and retail financial products business internationally. We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the top flight legal team and support the global business on outsourcing and commercial technology matters.

The successful candidate will be in involved in substantial customer and partner outsourcing agreements and will be able to work fairly autonomously, reporting into the Head of Legal for UK & Africa. Both new agreements and big renewals are in the pipeline and the right candidate will be ready to turn their hand to anything. Knowledge of the European Banking Authority Outsourcing Guidelines will be useful and there will be an option to manage one more junior lawyer. This is a position of responsibility in a growing, agile and dynamic organisation where you can make a difference, give opinions and drive outcomes. Experience/ interest in digital, e-commerce, fintech & payments will be helpful but not necessary.

You will be expected to work out of the Euston based office 2 x week, and you will enjoy very sociable hours, flexibility and a competitive compensation package.
