We’re hiring!... a corporate commercial solicitor for a dynamic, forward thinking full-service firm based in Stratford, close to the Olympic Park. This firm has an envious reputation spanning 65 years, has consistently grown in terms of size, service, and excellence, and is now further expanding, with a new location opening planned in the West End.
As a corporate commercial solicitor, you will
- Complete business sales and purchases of £1m to £10m
- Undertake a caseload of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, private equity transactions and investments, and company formations, among others
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning clients based on trust, confidence, and reliability
- Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole
You will be a corporate commercial solicitor of 5+ PQE with
- Strong billing and excellent referral/repeat client numbers
- A thorough understanding of company law
- Personable and professional characteristics
