Recruitment Adviser

We are working with an international law firm who are seeking a Recruitment Adviser to join their busy team. 

This firm offer an outstanding working environment and the chance to work with a hugely supportive team. You will sit within a team of 4 and be responsible for meeting the hiring needs of the team/department, offering market advice and sharing knowledge when appropriate, updating job specs, promoting direct sourcing and dealing with candidates, liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, keeping hiring managers updated internally and providing feedback to candidates and keeping full control of the process. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment individual with at least two to three years of recruitment experience to join an outstanding law firm.

Hybrid working is in place and the firm work 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
