THE ROLE:
This quality legal 500 law firm is looking to expand on their employment offerings through the appointment of a skilled and talented Employment Solicitor. Playing a key role in the development of the employment department the successful Employment Solicitor will be expected to provide advice on all types of employment issues such as TUPE, dismissal, tribunal claims and corporate support advice. Conducting a caseload which covers the full remit of employment law, you will be able to hit the ground running and be able to assist in business development and networking activities to enhance the profile of the department.
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Employment Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of employment related matters including contentious and non contentious matters, corporate support work and advisory work. You will have had experience of dealing with respondent matters and be looking for a friendly and supportive practice where you can see your career flourish. You will be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently and gained exposure to a diverse client base of employers and individuals.
