THE ROLE
With an excellent reputation for the services they provide to their clients, this well-established practice is keen to appoint an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running from the outset. The firm are keen to appoint a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who possesses the capability manage their own caseload of corporate and commercial matters. The firm has a strong presence within the corporate and commercial market and are continuing to receive new instructions on various matters.

THE CANDIDATE
This an exciting opportunity for someone who is frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and is looking for a role which allows them to build upon their experience and skills within corporate and commercial matters. The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have proven technical expertise across all aspects of corporate and commercial work and will have gained exposure to commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and a variety of other matters. You will have excellent business development and networking skills along with a real desire to progress your career within a supportive and hard working environment.
