OVERVIEW:
• The Commercial Property Solicitor will cover a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work in addition to complex transactional matters.
• You will act for property investors, developers, banks and occupiers,
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 5 Years PQE and must be comfortable operating under their own autonomy but will also be an integral part of a larger firm-wide team
• It is essential that you have outstanding inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• With high levels of autonomy offered across the firm from Partner to support teams, the ethos of this practice is to encourage high levels of engagement and contribution from the team.
• This successful regional practice offers expertise to both private individuals and commercial clients across the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area.
