Residential Property Solicitor Director
A well-established Mid-Staffordshire firm are looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team serving the Staffordshire Moorlands area. This role would suit a Solicitor with some experience in residential property and supervising small teams looking for the next step in their career. This role has future co-ownership potential.

Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
Re-mortgaging
Transfers of equity
Equity release
Right to buy
Lease extensionsThe ideal candidate
In order to be considered for this position, you should be a qualified solicitor
You must have some team-management, supervisory or leadership experience
You will be hard working and reliable with strong team working skills
You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds
Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
