Our client, a large and established Manchester law firm specialising in Personal Injury and other practice areas too, are seeking to add a further two Legal Secretaries to their Legal Admin department. As the firm grows, the need to ensure the support functions operate efficiently, grows with it. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop, grow and progress within administration and business support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to one or more solicitors/partners including dictation and drafting.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, internal meetings, and diarise court/external meetings
- Communicate with clients as instructed
- Assist with trial preparation and document management/drafting
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage solicitor deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role (legal admin/support)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
