Family Solicitor A well-established South Staffordshire firm are looking to welcome Family Solicitor to join their team in the wider Lichfield area. This role would suit a Solicitor with previous experience from a Family environment looking for the next step in their career. The role Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation, pre-nuptial agreements, child arrangements, and domestic violence. Providing tailored advice to clients on their legal options and representing them in court as required. Building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their case and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients to reach settlement agreements. Assisting with business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
